A Smoother Shopping Experience: Web Redesign for a Smoothie Cup Brand
An all-natural smoothie cup brand needed an optimized e-commerce website as they began expanding their reach with direct-to-consumer (DTC) efforts. The previous site faced challenges with difficulty in navigation, lack of brand and product information, and a long, complicated checkout process. The goal for the new web design was to clearly convey the brand story, simplify the user journey, enhance mobile performance, create a seamless shopping experience, and ultimately build brand trust with the visitors.
Design Process:
Our process began with an in-depth audit of the existing website, identifying pain points in the user flow. We conducted industry and competitor research, which helped us determine what features are needed in the wireframes. We've also taken stakeholders' input on what is needed for them to create better-performing campaigns.
Solutions:
We redesigned the site with clear product categories, seamless navigation between products, and detailed product pages featuring intuitive flavor/bundle selection. To minimize user touchpoints, we integrated features like sticky "Add to Cart" buttons and quick-access bundles, streamlining the checkout process. The mobile-first approach ensured a consistent and responsive experience across devices, reinforcing the brand's commitment to convenience and quality.
